Zephyr leads day-to-day operations at ODC, including management of the company’s field operations, scheduling, purchasing, estimating, project management, and IT departments. She also leads the vision and development of CrewSuite, ODC’s proprietary Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) software. CrewSuite centralizes all data related to ODC’s construction projects. In partnership with ODC’s inhouse developers, Zephyr works to continuously improve the software and add to its capabilities. Zephyr also manages legal claims and insurance as they relate to GL, WC, and Auto.

Zephyr has been with ODC since its inception in 2011. As a leader and manager, she is growth-focused, team-oriented, process-minded and solutions-oriented. She continuously looks for creative and innovative ways to improve ODC’s efficiency and results. From leading the company through evolving Covid protocols to inventing out-of-the-box solutions during the post-Covid supply chain constraints, Zephyr drives productivity like no one else can.
