Managing all of our jobs through our proprietary software, CrewSuite, gives us the smartest data in the industry. That data drives our decisions, empowers the field, instills trust with our customers and makes every step we take count. And where the math ends, our purpose begins. We never lose sight of the bigger picture—every house we build is a dream realized.

Zac Merriman and Isaac Lidsky acquire Orlando Decorative Concrete, invite Tony Hartsgrove to be their Partner and COO. Together they set a new strategic vision for the company while renaming it ODC Construction.
2012 - 2015
ODC expands scope of services to include the work of multiple trades, becoming a turnkey solution for builder customers
2013
CrewSuite, ODC’s proprietary ERM software launches, transforming ODC’s operations
2016
Tony Hartsgrove, a key partner in ODC since the 2011 purchase is promoted to CEO
2018
ODC makes a strategic decision to utilize more subcontractor labor versus in-house, enabling rapid expansion
2019
East Florida office in Titusville, and Southwest Florida office in Punta Gorda are opened
2019
ODC begins procuring lumber on a larger scale in 2019, steadily improving this capability with new pricing mechanisms and data from ODC’s ERM system
2023
ODC begins work in both North and South Carolina. Office opens in Charlotte

ODC expands its service offering, adding siding and trash maintenance
2024
ODC expands work in west Florida, office opening planned for Tampa
