Dana leads a team of sales directors, proposal managers and contract writers. As a forward-thinking leader, he is at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies. His leadership of the ODC’s CRM is a testament to his integration of cutting-edge innovations that ensure ODC remains ahead of the curve in its ability to service the needs of its clients.

Prior to ODC, Dana spent more than a decade working in various field roles for big homebuilders. He was the lead builder over multiple communities. That experience and knowledge from the field is key to his success in his current role, as it has equipped him to understand the specific needs and unique pressures of ODC’s customers. He leverages this understanding to bring forward solutions and proposals that make sense for all involved.

Dana is also an impactful and active leader in the industry. He has served as President of the Greater Orlando Builder’s Association Foundation (GOBA Foundation) and is currently a GOBA Board Member.
