Leveraging her 28 years of experience leading marketing and employee-engagement for national and multinational companies, Meredith serves as ODC’s CXO.

A driver of growth, Meredith develops industry-leading sales tools and client touchpoints. Her aim is simple – to ensure the company’s external presence accurately reflects the impressive internal operations, systems and the people who make ODC the southeast’s leading shell contractor.

Internally, Meredith drives employee engagement and culture. As steward of the company’s mission, values, purpose and core principles, she leads internal communications, training & development programs and company events to garner buy-in and alignment throughout ODC’s ranks and across ODC’s geographical footprint.

Before joining ODC, Meredith established and led marketing and employee experience at a start-up commercial lending company that within its first four years grew to become a top 2% SBA lender nationwide. Prior to her work in financial services, she was tapped to launch and lead marketing efforts for a subscription-based best practices database for the advertising industry that grew by 30% and had renewal rates of 90% during her tenure. Earlier in her career, she launched and grew national brands in the cable & telecommunications industries.
