Professional Experience
Chaz drives new business development for ODC throughout the state of Florida. He and his team partner with production builders of all sizes. They make it their mission to learn about builders’ upcoming projects, needs and priorities. Where opportunities exist for ODC to be a good partner, Chaz and team do everything possible to ensure we win the business.
Prior to joining ODC, Chaz led business development for a roofing company in Florida. Across his tenure, he grew the company’s business-to-business production build division from 100 to 700 roofs per week statewide. Earlier in his career he owned and operated a drywall company in Central Florida that at its peak managed installation in 30 homes per week.
Building businesses is in Chaz’s blood. Throughout his career, Chaz has also owned and operated a pool company, a property management firm, gyms, a smoothie shop and a restaurant.
