Blu leads field operations and drives strategic initiatives across the the state of Florida. With a hands-on background in construction and a lifelong passion for building, Blu brings practical field knowledge, strong leadership, and a solutions-focused approach to his role.
Growing up in a family-owned construction business, Blu gained firsthand experience building homes throughout Central Florida and developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship, project execution, and customer service.
Known as a people-focused and driven leader, Blu is passionate about building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
Outside of work, Blu enjoys fishing, hunting, spending time outdoors, and supporting his children’s athletic pursuits. Family remains at the center of his life and will always be his personal WHY.
