Sales Director – SW FL Region
LOCATION – SW FL
Summary: ODC Construction is looking for a dynamic sales leader to represent the company’s bto-b sales efforts with production builders in Southwest FL
Reports to: The VP of Business Development and the VP of Account Management
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Cultivate relationships with the residential production builders in ODC’s SW Region
● Identify upcoming community builds, and win the opportunity to bid on them
● Work with ODC’s estimating, pricing and contract teams to develop detailed customer proposals
● Support negotiations to win new business with new and existing customers, growing ODC’s work
in the region
● Engage as an active member of the region’s home builder associations; Lead sponsorship
activities on behalf of ODC
● Partner with the region’s Director of Construction to provide seamless communication,
customer-service and proactive problem-solving to all clients
● Log all activities – as directed – in the company’s CRM and internal project management systems
● Manage client entertainment and events, fostering authentic connections and relationships
Qualifications/Requirements:
● At least 5 years of residential construction industry sales experience
● Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
● Strong technical aptitude, comfortable leveraging a CRM platform to document activity
● Strong attention to detail; Exceptional organizational skills
● Flexible approach to work; Multitasker with a desire for a variety of tasks and duties
● Affinity for Google Workspace; Proficiency with MS Office
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure all deadlines are achieved
